Alan Poisner surprises world by winning gold at 90 with no coach and no support team
At 90, Dr. Alan Poisner continues to achieve racewalking success, securing a gold medal in the 3,000-meter walk at the World Masters Athletics Indoor Championships in 2025. Inspired by Olympian Debbi Lawrence, he has been competing for four decades and now walks about 28 miles a week to prepare for the National Senior Games.
